Nope, I didn't replace the gasket. Just take your time and be careful pulling it off, it's just those four bolts.

Unfortunately, I don't have any more detailed photos.

Thats alright man, you've been plenty helpful. I was going to tackle this without removing the TB only to find out it was probably necessary then have nightmares on whether i needed to run to the dealer to grab a gasket. You saved me all that. I just got myself plenty of clamps and port caps to block off and clamp anything necessary.

Glad I could help.

I found that the hoses required different sized clamps to get a tight fit, as well. I can't remember the exact sizes, but a little trial tug on each will let you know for sure. I believe I used a stainless core zip tie (as well as the clamp) on one for peace of mind, but the Dorman clamps that I used were pretty crappy so ymmv.

Insane how easy these hoses come off, I had my wastegate line secured to one of these EVAP lines not realizing it pulled it right off. Just finished mine this morning, didn't have to remove anything besides the A/C though.. figured out that if you attach the corbin clamps to the hoses then you can manage to shove them back on the plastic nipple with out the use of pliers. Just some patience with it and all 5 are now snug.

i managed to clamp both sides of mine down by removing the throttle body. haha i pulled on the lines just a bit, and it slipped right off. Should of been clamped down from factory!

The throttle body has a rubber o-ring gasket so it is reusable. No need to replace, just re-torque TB bolts to reseal.

Can we make this a sticky thread @Hachiroku?

Feel arouns the back of the intake manifold there is a 10mm nut or bolt. Unbolt it. Then shove hand in through front and pull and itll come out. Install clamps and shove back in and try to bolt it back in

Found a few pics showing how to remove the evap solenoid assembly in the factory service manual, seems like it can be done without removing the ac compressor.
