Almost. It's pretty bad. Solid yet, but not normal. I like to hose out the garage from time to time and really scrub it down to get all the road grime so i can lay on the floor under vehicles easier. Every time i do it, i come away with chunks of concrete.

But the section that the previous owners 1990 saab 900 dumped the contents of it's oil pan on over at least the 5-20 years it sat there is slick/solid!

Sounds like my last house. I pressure washer and acid etched the floor a dozen times before I did the epoxy, and still came up in spots. Plus the previous owner would split wood in the garage so it had divots I tried to fill with fixall.

Thankfully the concrete garage floors in this place are in fantastic shape.

Like they say in the old country "if you don't mess with the concrete floors, they won't mess with you".
