Yeah I'm not too worried about the exhaust, seats, or even the stupid scion steering wheel. All of those would have been replaced. But the interior just sets me off compared to the GT86. Fingerers crossed that they have options for us. Otherwise I'm probably out.

just hope that the Subbie's North American brother doesn't get stripped down.
All and all I think that this is perfect for Scion. Everyone wanted it to be afforadble, I really cannot see how it wont be the case now. (All though the cost of going back in time to get that head unit must have been pretty high) So long as the BRZ stays the same we will have the two camps. People who want this car to be more of a DD, and possibly track it when they can. Then there will be the group that want to buy this car and rip out the entire interior, put in a roll cage and see if they can drift this thing without putting it into a wall. Personally I plan on the 86 to be my Daily, and I will happily pay more for a better interior and go BRZ. |

I think that once more information is announced about possible upgrades things will be looking better for the Scion variant. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the company, but I can already tell that pricing will clearly be the cheapest and most feasible for younger people.

Shame about the AC and head unit but those can all be changed.
Note the GReddy exhaust. |

It's okay, not all of the younger crowd can afford mods =], hopefully GReddy throws out a carb legal kit for this car too.

Remember folks this is still the car you all have been waiting for just will less options. Everything you wanted you can always upgrade to later. Enjoy the cheaper MSRP.
