Never said I didn't strap her in, this was about providing a flat, comfy space for her to lay down on without her rolling into the trunk.

I'm glad someone brought this up... Mods are cool and all, but please think about the safety aspect, if ANYTHING is in the trunk, even just hitting the brakes hard can and will send it forward. I highly recommend finding a way to anchor it at the bottom. That might remove some of the convenience, but I'd rather those two 12-packs in the trunk stay in the trunk instead of smashing against the back of my seat and dumping 5 bottles of broken glass and beer all over the place because some cockwad wanted our cars to kiss.

Also for CF/FG, I'd recommend a premade honeycomb panel for some stiffness. A big flat sheet like that will flex and possibly be a little noisy, but even just 1/4" of honeycomb will make it substantially stiffer without making it heavier. A 2-core-2 layup would be plenty.

God damn it. Why do you have to tempt me like this! Right when I convinced myself I didn't need one (mostly because all the options are CF and like 2k), you post a super affordable one that looks pretty damn good.

I personally went with the JDM privacy cover. Got it local for $160 and fills in the area left over from removing the seats. Makes it look like an actual 2-seat coupe.

This is the only picture I've taken of them so far. Once this crappy weather clears up I'll get a picture in more direct light.

How does it attach on top, and would it fit over the seats?
Thanks

It has straps which hook around the third brake light. You then need to drill two small holes for plastic fittings for the sides to hook on to. The bottom just hangs down.

Yes they will fit over the rear seats, both upright and folded down.
