Don't. Judging by your post your new to forced induction. Stick with a manual boost controller until you learn the workings of your kit; or go with an EBCS (electronic boost control solenoid) which will run off the ECU. Grimspeed and Infamous make a plug'n'play one for our car (requires tuning FYI.) You may find ecutek's map switching (via the cruise control toggle) and a few different setting perfect.
A good electronic boost controller like the HKS EVC will give you tons of setting and variables that can easily be messed up if you don't know what your doing. Keeping it simple until you understand the working of a turbo setup and can troubleshoot the problems/challenges you WILL encounter would be my advice. Not to be mean or scare you but, if you accidently overboost it very will may cost you an engine.

i was thinking of a simple EBC like infamous or perrinproboost controller since it looks like a simple plug and play and the tune will pretty much determine my boost am i correct?

i was thinking more into the iinfamous now or the grimspeed
3port electronic boost control solenoid considering it seems more simple and easier to just install and forget in a sense and have my tune adjust my boost for me. i been searching throughout the web and cant find an exact model of the grimspeed for my vehicle. does anyone have a link or @GrimmSpeed can assist me with this?.

I got a moderately better boost curve with a GFB EBC versus a Grimmspeed MBC. If you aren't utilizing features like boost by gear or boost by RPM, then I would probably stick with a MBC.

Get the grimmspeed EBCS and a good tuner. It's really accurate and it's a joy to change boost with a flick to the cruise control stalk anytime.

Make sure you get with your tuner and install it properly and the tuner is familiar with it.
