Any chance we may see an off the shelf variant of this tune down the line? I'm extremely eager to see your results! Rehabjeff have power blocks by chance?

That's up to RehabJeff. He paid for custom tuning so the results belong to him. Yes, he was running power blocks

I don't know what constitutes are torque mountain but torque is reasonably flat from ~3500 and up. The torque dip is still there but it's been moved downwards a few hundred RPM. So the 2500-3500rpm range is relatively weak compared to other headers (or even stock header). But it does well in the 3500-4000rpm range, where most other headers have their dip. Up top, it's comparable to other headers we have tested. The one interesting bit is that it needs 3 back to back runs to make max power. The headers does need to get some heat into it. It was ceramic coated FWIW

Also worth mentioning that the OTS Stage 2 EL map was pretty spot-on. The only significant gains I could muster after 1.5 hrs of dyno tuning was in the torque dip area (made it a bit narrower). AFR and timing was already pretty spot on.

Cheers,
Shiv

Hi, to all Nameless header + BPB forum members,

The car feels great after the custom tune, much smoother in low end power and torque.

Per Shiv - he will be releasing an OTS soon

I would love to share this file as OTS on Vishnu Website, it would be greatly appreciated if the cost of the custom dyno by Shiv can be covered - of course not fully, I have to pay for my share as well.

Im OK for Shiv to post the Dyno graphs from today's tuning, but as for now, I will keep the tune file discretely to myself.

Im just not sure how to work this out, any suggestions are welcome!!
are you running E85 Stage 2 custom? I just payed for custom e-tuning and will be doing nameless header, trd intake, motiv overpipe, motiv catted front pipe, stock mid pipe and trd quad axleback on e85.

great to hear a smoother low end power+torque. thats mainly what I wanted!

the low end grunt gets wonky at times. after repeated runs it gets better after getting some heat in

No, Im running 91 octane! If you do E85 you will completely eliminate the torque dip i think - i will let Shiv to clarify that.

Currently running OFT Stage 2 EL with the nameless. Definitely more power everywhere in the revs. The punch at 3800 is niiiice right to redline now. 3rd and 4th especially seem to pull a lot harder in higher rpms.

I was running the Oft stage 2 e85 with the nameless header. it was fantastic!! I have switched back to the 98 tune now because my closest e85 station was about an hour away. the 98 tune is a massive improvement over stock but the e85 tune was phenomenal! My girlfriend said "the whole car feels lighter" that summed it up pretty well i think

I think she really did sum it up well even for the stage 2 91 octane.
