Quick little update on my P0420 CEL situation. The last thing I tried was putting a defouler on the 2nd O2 sensor and sure enough after about 50 miles the CEL came right back as usual. So I deleted the CEL with my Torque app again like I always do and ordered a new O2 sensor.

The new O2 sensor I ordered came in a few days ago but I have not installed it yet. I also have driven about 130 miles since I last deleted the CEL and for whatever reason it has not come back yet. I haven't touched anything on the header or O2 sensor since I installed the defouler. I'm going to hold on to the new sensor for a bit and see if this stupid CEL comes back. I know 130 miles isn't much, but this thing would come back almost perfectly at the 50 mile mark every time after I deleted it.

Not that this header needs anymore proof that it removes the torque dip without a tune, but I figured I would post my dyno graph. With the FT86 Speed Factory header, Perrin overpipe, Perrin front pipe, and Perrin catback exhaust, I baselined at ~163whp (I can't remember the exact number). You can clearly see the torque dip went away. With a 91 octane tune, I hit 181.4whp. I will be going back next week to get an E85 tune so I will hopefully hit 200whp.

I will say that before the tune with the mods I had, the dyno showed that my AFR was really lean. I would recommend a tune if you have a full free flowing exhaust.

You can definitely hit over 200whp with those mods, e85 and the right tune.

Shipping headers to Australia generally are in the ~$300 range depending on carrier.

Damn that's cheap. A couple of vendors in here had quoted me $300 to ship.

If you consider it's a Dyno Dynamics, compared to Dynojet correction they are already at 200whp.
