The last time when I got it to power up, it still wasnt locking/unlocking with the remote or turn back off from the on mode at will. After analyzing it time and time again I finally figured it out. I had been so focused on the front of the car, I looked up a nomenclature for the rear and sure enough, there is another ecu for the set thats in the rear.

After contacting the seller that i got the set from i paid him to ship me the other part. Now all is finally well.

Next task is to try to siphon some gas out to see if there is any water in it before I attempt to start it. and if there is, I need to drain the tank.

Well damn..

Looks like I'll be pumping the tank. Debating if I want to pull the plugs and try to shop vac it out in case anything is in there or just pump the tank and put fresh gas in.

I'm pulling this motor anyway. Realistically I just need to get it running to take to the dmv to have inspected to get my rebuilt title. After that I'm pulling this engine and seeing if I can get anything for it. Only has 7,400 miles on it.

I don't need anything throwing off my inspection or I'd just swap it right now. Can you imagine the dmv examiner looking at the car and it's camming out? lol

So as i was pumping out the old fuel the cluster shit out on me and I couldnt complete it.
I found a guy selling a cluster from another series blue further south in fl so I bought it. this one shows 28k. I pumped it empty and filled it with 5 gallons and pumped that out. Then filled with 5 more and tried starting it.

I have no intake or airbox or anything. I have a maf thats plugged in but is just sitting in open air so it's struggling but it lives!

Alright, so when I started, I pumped the tank empty. I then filled it with 5 gallons of new gas. I pumped that 5 gallons out. put in another fresh 5 gallons and thats when I started it in that video.

Today, I decided to pull the fuel line and fill a 20oz bottle to see what it looks like and I did see a little water again. So I pumped it empty again. I put in another 5gal of fresh 93 oct with a bottle of heet.

I started the car and obviously it wont idle but i was holding it at 2k for about 5 minutes and the exhaust started glowing.

I'm debating to even keep bothering getting this eng running perfect. I'll have to buy a intake for this engine that im not even keeping. But the again I doubt the dmv will pass its inspection if its already swapped.

Short update;

Was able to get the damn thing titled finally. Ordered my canbus integration, Swap install mounts, oil pan. also ordered a clutch master cylinder recess from a member on here. I'm a couple grand deep in just this, it's getting expensive quick.

Especially when I still have to get a driveshaft,cam,springs maybe heads, def headers and a tune.

The stock series blue engine and transmission are for sale. They have 7,900 miles (Yes thats seven thousand and nine hundred miles.)
