I messed up, can someone help me identify this part? - Page 2 - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

The part number provided to me by Bilstein could not be located by any of the Bilstein distributors I called, even Summit Racing couldn't locate the part for me. So, back I went to Bilstein and ended up talking to a gentleman called John in warranty support. Long story short, John found a spring seat and overnighted it to me free of charge. I was blown away, I was up front from the start and told him it was my mistake but John was super understanding and compassionate.

Yeah, it's only a spring seat but I cannot say enough good things about Bilstein support and their products, it's been a rough couple of months and little cracks of shining light like this mean a hell of a lot to me. It's difficult to put in to words how grateful I am to John and Bilstein, once the house is put back together and my finances recover I'm looking forward to putting the B6s to work on track!
