Here's a thread I started on the vents. Once we have the screen size perfected and the glue perfected we will start selling them.

Love the mini's! Always wanted one of the old ones. The actual mini's. Haha how did you make your gauge cluster? Looks stock. I'd love to have one

I made the gauge mount out of a piece of aluminum. I did a thread on the DIY Forum.

We have had as many as 4 of the classic mini's at one time. The Wife's blue mini is a actual real "John Cooper Works", only 250 ever made and her's is one of only 3 in America.

If you want a good Mini my Minibusa is for sale.

Cold Air Intake, Light Weight Pulley set, Oil Cooler are the only engine mods so far. Before I go any farther I wanted to get a base line hp figure so off to Wryann's dyno shop (VIP Performance) yesterday. Here are the results.

Here's the header high temp ceramic coated. Installation was very straight forward. Fit perfectly as well as the Perrin 3" exhaust. Tomorrow I'll install my Crawford intake blocks and Friday back to the dyno.

How do you think the ceramic coating will survive on those flex joints in the header? I'm also curious if the engine flexes that much that you need a flex joint between the right and left banks.

Maybe next time you're on the dyno, you could stick a GoPro under the car to watch for that?

I don't think the engine flexes any. I'm sure the flex joints are to ensure a perfect fit at the heads.

Looking good. I think I prefer it with black painted fender vent and black mesh.
Mad skills all round with it and previous car builds too.
