I learned on a Power Macintosh all in one. Then I owned a original G3. I remember taking that for a 64mb ram upgrade

After that I had a more powerful G3. Then I switched to PC a few years later.

Anyone remember piracy back in the day? I remember there were programs for people to host servers. Some were public access others you had to pay money to get an access code. Depending on your member level (how much you paid) would determine your bandwidth allowed. And people trying to run out of their moms basement internet would get bandwidth capped by their ISP and members would get mad as fuk.
Escape Velocity... Nuff said

On phone I am. Therefore, if mistakes I make, Frank Oz blame you should.

Hey now, don't blame the driver. It may just be that the car wasn't put together properly by TR3.

You guys clearly have no idea how much weight can be saved by removing the steering rack bolts and bushings!

My first tech job was with Anderson Jacobson (the company owned by the guy who invented the Acoustic Coupler) as sales tech support selling the 1200bps version of the Acoustic Coupler (only company that had one), and the very first 4800bps modem to the Government. the 4800pbs modem was the size of a lunchbox and cost nearly as much as an FR-S in pairs (had to buy them in pairs).

Same as MAP Performance. Check their FRS / BRZ parts section. Direct copy of our stuff. Lots of copy cats out there.

We design everything in house and use a cart platform that anyone can use. Again FA20Club felt the need to copy images and descriptions word for word. We are definitely not related to FA20Club in anyway.

We shouldn't be higher than any other reputable vendor. There are plenty of sketchy shops run out of basements though that don't have employees or stand behind their sales. If people don't support the vendors that take the time to actually test parts, put knowledgeable videos and information out there then these vendors will go away and all that will be left is the basement shops that have ZERO clue about how your car functions and what parts are good or bad.

Again we are in no way related to FA20Club, we do our absolute best to take care of our clients and can be reached via email at sales@ft86speedfactory.com or 888-885-2002 M-F 8am to 5pm CST. We are located in Iowa, and have no affiliation with FA20Club located in Florida.
Legend. Thanks so much for the response and once again I apologize for the threadcrap.

Expect an order from me one day soon FT86SF

I love the taffy, and order from ft86speedfactory often. Their prices seem reasonable to me, never really found them to be significantly higher than anywhere else. Their shipping however is insane, unless you spend $250 and get it for free. Seems like no matter what you order the shipping is $15+. This has pushed me to other vendors for smaller parts many times.

And I really don't like the 'you need people like us to tell you what to buy' argument. Most people don't spend thousands of dollars on something they don't already fully understand, and don't really require anyone to help in this regard. People go to the site knowing what they want. That's just a pet peeve of mine, when big vendors argue that as a reason why we should pay more for products to cover their massive overhead. There's nothing wrong with running a lean operation and passing those savings along to customers. It's great that some shops have race cars and 40-foot trailers, but that doesn't make me feel bad when I order from the guy down the street who doesn't have the charge me 20% more to help keep them on the road.

Of course speedfactory doesn't have higher prices to begin with, so I find it odd that they'd make that argument. They do need to do something about that shipping though imho.
