The R&T thing actually happened a long time ago. I remember a tease about them sending parts to R&T on Facebook ages ago. Looked for an article a couple times, then forgot about it.

Who knows what's changed since then.

Especially since, you know, NO UPDATES HERE.

They better get on it, otherwise people will start to be affected by 'recency error', where they trust the most recent information. In this case, that R&T got 6 whp peak, which sucks.

They will also maybe not pay attention to not having a front, mid or overpipe swap, shitty tune, an un finalized design.

So to prevent this disaster of an article slandering a part's reputation, perhaps we could have some OFFICIAL UPDATES?

Just to encourage some of you waiting... It was exactly like this back when Cobb was making headers for my 2002 impreza. It took a lot of time, tuning, trials etc. to get it right. Some people left and bought other options but in the end it was well worth the wait (if power was your gain... sound is subjective). I don't know about nameless firsthand but if these are anything like my EL headers on my 2002 you will be happy.

Sadly Cobb changed to an exclusive software/turbo tuning shop. I remember the "good old days" with lots of different packages, cams etc. I am still running good at 100k+ miles on my Cobb stage 2 (Cold air intake + engine back).

I ordered a 2014 BRZ back in August so I'll be adding another car to play with soon enough (no ETAs yet though).

Yeah, I heard that the Canadian Navy would be getting new tankers soon. That was 15 years ago and they still haven't started building the new ones.

Has anyone considered the possibility that the reason it is taking so long is because they really are having a hard time getting any decent gains from a header?

Maybe the Road and Track article is not as BS as some think?

Maybe there just is not a whole lot to gain from a header and Nameless keeps tinkering with the design trying to find HP that may not be there to gain?
