Recently had someone rear-end me (minor damage to my vehicle, bent the righthand Upper Control Arm from hitting the curb as a result though) and elected to cancel a $500 order of some knick knacks.. the guys were so understanding that they did a ONE-TIME deal to credit the whole outlay back to my account, citing that I have been a good customer historically.. but really, it just speaks volumes about the firm and their ability to help people in a time of need. That is the epitome of customer service and building a relationship.

Finally did my transmission/diff fluid this weekend. One Laffy Taffy when I opened the box. And another one at the bottom.

I just wanted to take a minute to review my recent customer service experience with FT86SpeedFactory. I installed some GCS Halo fog lights and after two days one of the fogs experienced some condensation inside the sealed housing.
I emailed the customer service and they responded in less than an hour with a quick request for a picture of the affected light. After they received my picture they immediately had a replacement sent out.
I like the taffy, but I love the customer service!
Highly recommend them, and I will continue to purchase with them and support a good merchant!

How long did it take anyone to get an email about the order being shipped out? Its been a few days since I ordered, and if that is par, I'd rather not bother them and just ask how long it took for you all to get packages shipped from them to you.

I'd also like to vouch for ft86speedfactory.

My front splitter was damaged in shipping and all it took was a couple photos and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. Didn't have to send the broken one back either.

I can't think of many businesses that would do that, or at the very least make it as easy of a process as that.

This was my second order i placed with FT86Speedfactory. I ordered $1200 of stuff from them, and their shipping and response was fast. However, i lost my package from the front door on the delivered date, and I contacted FT86Speedfactory for desperate help. Without a lot of questions, they resent the whole order, yes!!! $1200 of stuff the next day. I received the items 5 days later with signature required delivery. On the second delivery, there was a TRD push button (the wrong one that does not fit the factory push start system. It was my mistake. I placed the order that way). And they shipped out the right product within a day with a return slip that i can return the other wrong TRD push start button. Yes, they sent it out before i even returned the wrong part for exchange.
This is a real customer service guys. This is a company that values long term relationship with their customer. I will be buying every mods and parts from them from now on. I highly recommend them. Company that practices ethical and good business model needs recognition, and they got mine here on this forum and on social media groups.

I have placed and received 4 orders from this vendor since December 2014 and highly I recommend this vendor for their responsiveness, customer service and fast, secure and consistent shipping.

There was some miscommunication on my first order regarding availability. I have to tell you that I was pretty upset, as I was told an item was available, and it turned out that it was not. My expectations for my first order was high and the delay affected my initial impression of FT86 Speedfactory. However, the staff was very customer oriented and through a series of email and phone communications worked out the problem.

Yesterday, my Valenti tail lights arrived. Same great communications. Same excellent packing. Same fast shipping including a discount coupon for my next order and an Sour Apple Laffy Taffy candy treat.

Just recieved my intake from speed factory. Happy customer here. Previous buyer as well and will be continuing to purchase from them! Got my laffy taffy as well, however it was 100+ degrees outside yesterday so it was kind of mushy when I got around to opening the box.

Happy happy happy. Intake installed in 5 min and came packaged well and with everything I needed in the box.

We offer free shipping on orders over $250. Small bushings, stickers, and other small items are perfect add on's to orders that get you to the free shipping mark.

About shipping cost. They are extraordinary high for Europe on FT86 Speedfactory. ( nearly double the price of anything). Something must be wrong with the calculation settings.

You should check for example a set of 4 rpf1 sent to France.
