Now this is getting interesting. They are testing the manifold on the oft v4 tunes on stage 2 which is a general tune for El and uel together. I wonder what the v2 tunes will do since they are a bit for specific for El and uel headers separately. Good thing I kept the 2.76 tunes!

The logs look pretty good, we are using the standard tune file for the OFT Stage 2 plus.

It will be interesting to see what it makes on different tunes.

Might need a dedicated tune. Contact Wayno or steve99 see if they'll remote tune it for you. They're reasonable and know as much as anybody.

Have to agree with this. The longer, larger runners will need a bespoke tune just as the Crawford BPB did to be optimized.

I will be hitting them up once I get the manifold and do a second dyno to see the difference.

I don't understand this logic at all. You're drastically changing the way the engine breaths, it's going to need a dedicated tune. It would be a few hours drive to Moto-East, but surely it'd be worth it to get proper results for a product like this.

That's what the beta testing is for. Some people will have a custom tune for it and others will have a general tune on it. It will interesting to see the dyno results from both groups to compared but yes, to max benefit, a custom tune will be needed.

We want to know that the manifold is completely functional on standard tunes from OFT, are they optimized? No, not even close.

We did reach out to OFT and paid for custom tuning, they had zero interest in doing any development work with us.

They've moved away from this platform. Contact steve99 or wayno.

We have not selected the beta test group yet, so all hope is not lost.
