Still think a check of install is in order to determine miss aligned pad.
Some track pads make a grinding noise when cold, but a check of surfaces for a rub is in order.

So re-checked the install and everything is nice and tight. I think the bracket might be a little off which is a QC issue for Wilwood.

Drove it some more and did some more hard braking. At low speeds below 30 MPH, I can slightly feel the rotor grooves in the brake pedal.

At higher speeds 75-60, when I lightly brake, the car shudders but as I apply more pressure, the car does not shudder anymore. I think it's because the pad is lightly getting caught in the slots in the rotors and causing this issue. Maybe more time with it, it will wear the slots some more.

Car still pulls to the right for some reason. Might be an issue with the caliper not having equal pressure on all 4 corners.

Still doesn't sound right. I can feel the rotors through the pedal, but the car itself does not shudder. Do you have a bunch of pad stuck to the rotors from previous bed in attempts?

Not that I can see or feel from touching it.

Update: Had the installer check out the install. Everything is installed correctly, but it seems like the rotors aren't balanced causing the vibration at high speeds. Will contact Wilwood on Monday.

So my vendor (installer/mechanic) has been going back and forth with Wilwood asking for replacement rotor rings or any other possibility without removing the rotors from the car and shipping it them and leaving the car out of commission for a few days and they are saying no. They are asking for the rotors to be shipped to be measured for run out or whatever. I think as a vendor like Wilwood, they should be fine with cross shipping rotors. Especially if it's vendor to vendor and not vendor to customer directly.

I convinced my vendor/installer to resurface the rotors and hopefully that would fix the issue. Going to attempt this Saturday. Ugh, cmon Wilwood...is it that difficult to ship your vendor a set of spare rotors to trouble shoot?

So far my experience with Wilwood support..... terrible. I don't know if Brembo, StopTech or AP Racing would have a better support line if it's vendor to vendor.
