CRYSTAL BLACK SILICA BRZ Compilation

We got one of the first BRZ's in Japan at the beginning of the week - sadly had to spend most of the week working on other projects (the UP Garage/Droo-P D1 drift car and our widebody GDB STI). Finally got into it a bit this weekend, fitted coilovers and Works wheels in matte black. It's the fully stripped out bare-bones BRZ, less than 2600lbs!

We (and it) should be both at the first round of D1 Drift in Odaiba and the Hypermeet at Tsukuba Circuit over these next two weekends.

Regards,

Paul Hansen

I wouldn't mind. I remember when I got my first car in high school, I washed and waxed almost every weekend haha. And it was only a 1988 Honda Prelude SI lolz.

With this new car, I'm prolly gonna do the same again haha.

But yah, black does look really great.

Lol I barely have the time for that. My friend's mustang is black and you can see ever water droplet dried up dust spot on his car. In FL the constant sunshine and dust/dirt everywhere suck lol

i too originally wanted a black car, but after 3 black cars
maintaining them is a B****

they may look nice when they are clean but after a week of washing and waxing i see dust tehn 2 weeks later ppl start telling me i need a car wash while my buddies with silver cars never wash their car and get away with it

i do like the black tho and those swirls and other stuff that shows is annoying

Garage
I'm going with CBS so at least I'll always get good bonding time every weekend washing my BRZ and seeing if anything new shows up on it. Then I'll probably bitch about it but a few beers will probably calm me down (maybe).

Crystal Black Silica for the WIN.

seems like CBS is getting no love on this forum!

I'm buying a DA Polisher in advance (going from a white pearl car) to maintain the black and I think its gonna be that much more rewarding once you're done detailing it.
