Yes, it was the crappy LEDs
Yep. Not the headlight assembly, or the wiring. Hard to believe how horrible those were. Although they looked like junk to even my untrained eye. Got me some H1 halogens, and they are about 1,000 times better.
I've done a lot of cars and a fair number of boats, but nothing this new. Didn't know there were moving parts inside the headlight, (but I'd heard the noise). Which explains how you get low and high beam from one element. Diagram was very helpful. Information very much appreciated. And thanks for letting me know when to start looking for the, "thanks" button. Peace. Alan |
