A mod should merge this with the topic in the General Board, that way we don't need to check both.

~250whp would be the perfect amount of power IMO. I know there are folks that want a 400 WHP monster, but that would likely unbalance and stress the car without other serious modifications.

250 whp would be reliable and plenty quick.

I really hope this isn't another supercharger like the Corolla one a few years ago. 30whp for 3500$ LOL

I could see them refusing at first, and losing in a heated court battle.

Actually, they'd probably blame everything on installation.

Agreed it was my bad I didn't check here first, but I left it b/c I feel it's important for everyone to hear the great news haha, either way I agree on the merge.

I have more info. on the SC kit, but I'm not allowed to splurge any details. All I can say is that they are about 80% finished and was told it should be available to the market within the next 6-9 months. My source hasn't steered me wrong yet, but I can tell you that I hope he is on the projected power output.

A lot of you guys will be disappointed with the projected power output, based on what the target pricing is

I'm not surprised by this. To expect a factory option to make big power, affordably would be a fools exercise. The selling point for this unit will be primarily based around the fact that you can retain your warranty and order it as a factory option which is the "differentiator" (as they say in sales) from non OEM competing options.
