Well my STI x Bilstein Damper Kit is here, looks like the STI stickers are pre-applied already onto the yellow shocks unlike the silver Showa stuff. Will get them installed by Friday.

Any plans for an impressions video or anything? Really curious how these new dampers will affect/improve the ride quality.

I replied to your thread there to your question.

The part numbers are on the first page of this thread, they look exactly the same as the picture from STI.

I'll give an impression once I get some seat time over the weekend.

ugh, wtf, the inner frame is red? Looks like a cheap color change...

Also noticed the shark fin is black as well as the mirrors, not sure how I feel about that.

EDIT: wait, the rotors are cross drilled? Didn't see that on the old tS and the brake kit shows normal rotors as well.

Eh, I like the fog lights. I'm somewhat partial to lip spoilers over the one my car came with, but I really don't like that low profile STI one at all.

I'm impatiently waiting for these parts to pop up on japanparts...

Wow, I didn't notice the stick on piece just to the inside of the foglight bezels. The opening being bigger looks much better untily uo notice it is a stuck-on trim piece that looks like poo!

Those aren't the part numbers on the shocks. I'm looking for those.

What parts are you waiting for? Besides the v bars and all the aesthetic stuff it's all available already

Even the showas provided a big improvement in ride comfort and stability. It's a lot smoother overall. The bilsteins I expect to feel a little better

I'm sure the showas are good, which is why I wonder how the bilsteins compare. I agree, they can't be that much better. Any plans to move to the bilsteins?

Despite the color, I kinda like how it only comes with a front lip. I never liked the STI sides, and that low pro spoiler is much better than the huge STI wing sold previously. I really wish they stop putting these out with black wheels, they have so much better alternatives.

Straight off the STI boxes and also off the Bilstein shock silver stickers and the Bilstein plastic bag white stickers (by the way the shocks read Made in Germany both on the shock stickers and engraved onto the shock body at the very bottom, no Nurburgring logos):

STI Strut (Front) Right Hand X 1 - ST20310AS040 (35-231332)
STI Strut (Front) Left Hand X 1 - ST20310AS050 (35-231349)
STI Shock Absorber (Rear) X 2 - ST20365AS020 (24-231350)

The matching pink springs for them (these are Made in Japan, not sure who makes them but stock springs are made by Mitsubishi):

STI Coil Spring (Front) X 2 - ST20330AS010 (this is not the same part number as the front pink springs for the stock shocks)
STI Coil Spring (Rear) X 2 - ST20380AS020 (could have saved some money here as I have them already but everything comes as a set from Mitaka Subaru STI in a big ass box - Japanparts didn't repack them to rip me off on shipping charges this time around - man those cheap bastards sometimes)

The last main piece to the overall puzzle for me would be the thicker rear axles, but that's for next year.

I'll see. I plan to get the bilsteins from the jdm S4 for my wrx so depending on how that rides I'll make the decision on whether it's worth it to or not.
