Funny - I had a similar requirement. No bumper drilling and no dealer badging.
They assured me no one would even get to sit in it. But when I got there, there were people hovered around it taking selfies.

Inspection sticker read 5 and I took delivery on it with 9, as they had to fill it up.

Mine had about 15 miles (25km). I had the vin number and was tracking the car during the more than month long process of on the boat in Japan, off the boat in Montreal (spoiler/fog lights installed) back on the boat in Montreal, off the boat in St. John's. Actually called the sales lady while she was driving it from the docks to the dealer yard.

They usually need to fill it up. I know mine wasn't full so I made them take it and that's how I discovered it took premium when they mentioned it (not sure how I didn't know that from all pre-launch research but I never really thought about it lol). I had 11 or 13 miles on it iirc
