It looks pretty good, but I still prefer TRD duckbill.

I want the front and rear with TRD sides please! and no spoiler. Rather wait for a more Celica/RSX spoiler anyways.

Yes but this one is a lot higher. The one on the Celica was perfect!

I'd love to see evidence that the kit is truely effective. Marketing materials without specific numbers mean squat.

Ah the baby supra is evident with that wing. The wing would be ok for a race car but not so desired for the daily driver. But I can appreciate the look that the wing gives the car.

Not an expert in auto spoilers, but it does make some sense that it would be more effective here in that location.

I would think it would need to be that high to effectively use airflow to push down the back end. Anything lower (except maybe a duckbill) would possibly be out of the airlflow as it went down the back of the coupe and off the tail.

The air right above the back windscreen and above the boot lid is probably too disturbed to make an effective downforce.

Just a theory mind you.

Completely depends on shape. Yes, higher wings should do more given the same design but you could make a large wing that generates lift instead of downforce too

It comes down to why this kit was designed and how.. in a wind tunnel/computer sim or just by a designer for looks.

With Aero stuff I want to see evidence, otherwise I'm just adding weight and removing numbers from my bank account.

No I agree I would want to see evidence that it adds some value besides cosmetic change. Not to mention, it is just way too "out there" for me even if it did serve a "real" purpose.

Just not my style. The Firestorm is "hey look at me" enough as it is!

If we got this here in the states I would buy it tomorrow. I'm so sick of America always getting fucked in the car department.

Actually you're wrong on this one. I had the 2002 Celica with the Action Package that came with the TRD wing and you would think it blocks it but it doesn't at all. It's just high enough that you don't actually even notice it's there when you look at the rear view mirror. Other Celica owners with the TRD wing can attest to that.
