LED DRL for FRS

My bro bought a set for his 2012 tacoma, I must say they look bright and dim when headlights are turned on. They really look OEM not cheesy looking like those cheapos on Amazon. They get them from SouthEast Toyota. What do you guys think?http://toyotaofmcdonoughparts.net/pr...running-lights

Here's a link: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...running+lights

I also have some pictures of mine installed on the car in my Garage thread.

Get in touch with HID Powerhouse. I have a set of second generation Spark V 6000K LED daytime running lights and love them.

His high beams shouldn't be functional anymore, every time i look up LED DRL's, they basically disable the high beams.

@speedy racer: It's what @SilentAngel said. If you're driving at night and use your high beam function, it's just sending power to the LEDs to illuminate as they would during the day. I personally don't have the need for high beam, so it's not a deal breaker.

As someone said it looks identical to the ones that vendors on the forums are selling for 50 dollars less. When you install them there are different modes you can set including always full bright, and dim when headlights on/full bright when not.
