I know its the same day as Car's and Coffee and the Houston Gran Prix but any of you guys going to the Gillman Subaru meet on Saturday? I will be coming with a group of about 10 or so from Lake Charles. Always a fun event. I wanted to take the WRX but she won't be ready.

Howdy! I just got my BRZ Saturday at West Houston Subaru...nice to see that there are some guys in Houston that have a FR-S/BRZ - before I got mine I only saw one silver FR-S around the West side of town

I wish I could come to CC - this week isn't a great week since it's the end of the six-weeks and I teach...D:

Edit: I'm also looking for a great area to just drive the BRZ around!

Lol I'm not going to lie. It kind threw me off when I lost Best brz/frs to a stock brz. Than they called me for Best Overall Subaru, I'm like wtf. How did I win the top trophy for a class I'm not in lol

Congrats on your new car. Not a whole lot of twisties around Houston to drive. Probably one of the nicest Sat./Sun morning/afternoon drives is FM 1488 out of Hempstead up to Magnolia then hit 149 north to Montgomery, then 149 North up through the National forest to Richards then over to Anderson. I've done this trip on my motorcycle a few times and it's a nice drive. But for the most part as you know Houston = Flat & Straight roads.
