Installed Cusco Strut Bars in the front and rear.

The first one was very simple to bolt on.

Getting the rear one in is a much more involved process. I used a panel tool to remove the upholstery from the sides of the trunk and remove the two styrofoam pieces on either side of the spare. I had to cut a bit off of the styrofoam pieces at the corner that fits where the bracket is going.

I hooked the upholstery back in with the panel tool(the hardest part, you have to get the hang of the little buttons it attaches with). Then I cut a small slot out of the thin trunk floor on each side, and cut small slits in the carpet directly over each bracket and passed them through.

Then hooked up the bar.

I am too impatient to wait to get everything installed at once, so I got @Chris@Phastek to go ahead and install my Perrin resonated & catted header back exhaust today along with new Perrin engine mounts, Perrin rear shifter bushing, and front and rear Hotchkis sway bars.

They are dynoing before and after, this is the baseline run with all stock hardware and a Perrin 93 Octane tune.

Apparently my car made more power stock than the shop car after exhaust.

I really hope that is because you have more miles on your vehicle or that the weather is so wonderful today.

Here is the current status of the vehicle...

LOL it looks good though. My car is so dirty right now I am embarrassed showing pics of it. Time has not been on my side lately, but I am going to get it washed & waxed this weekend.

Here is my dyno with Perrin catted & resonated header back exhaust with a Perrin 93 octane tune.

I gained 3-5 torque and horsepower across the entire RPM range. This is just a short while after the exhaust was put in, so I expect the ECU to exploit it for more power as it adjusts to the new hardware over the next few days.

Big thanks to the guys at Phastek, they are very cool over there.

Now I think there was one other thing I was waiting to get shipped, what was that....hmmm.....

Supercharger! How does the vehicle feel with the new sways?

I'll send you my dyno run I just did. Keep in mind, now I've run this setup for a bit...

It felt really solid on the way home with minimal body roll around corners, but I haven't really played with it yet. Too much traffic in rush hour.

My understanding is that the parts listed for the above dyno should have yielded at least 3x more hp and torque gain than what the dyno shows. Could there be an error?

The car moved about two feet in reverse between the install and dyno runs.

We'll get another run in before the supercharger install next week.

Most dyno chart comparisons reset the ECU between runs to remove that as a variable. My ECU tune currently has ~3,000 miles with the stock exhaust, and I am not resetting right now just to reset it again in a week or two when the S/C gets installed and I flash to that tune.

Like Chris said though, we'll dyno it again before the supercharger goes in to see how much power it gains from the exhaust by then. He dynoed the shop car again now that some time has passed and gained power since his install.

I don't mind your question at all, it is good and relevant, but before everyone piles on I also want to say that I am not reviewing any hardware in this thread, that's not what it's about. I'll have a different thread in the Forced Induction area once I get the kit in.

Yeah, I don't mean to be condescending at all, simply curious. I'm interested to watch the build and thanks for posting, its good to have 3rd party testing.
