I know you are trying to clear your reputation and that screen grab might make your point, but it lists the guys name and address. Generally it is not a good idea to put those bits of info on the web. Out of consideration I would remove the screen shot or at least cover up the personal info.

He also cut out the part about me filing a claim with the bank for not receiving a product.

And your bank didnt process your claim for another month.

No notifications was forwarded to me (from you and your bank) so i continued and shipped out the parts as soon as the backorderd part was available again

This proves that each bank really works differently

Anyway i removed the screen shot. However i cant remove your post quote of it

Bank of America does suck. I agree with you there.

Yes indeed! But seriously if you didnt reject the package, you would have gotten a FREE antenna. Haha

p.s: if anyone has inquiries about the TOM's refunds or any info about it use the original thread instead --> http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44435

i believe this review thread made by kanundrum has been derailed already

I'm still being patient. I know the tails don't drop until October. Worst comes to worst I know that I am protected through law via fraudulent charges protection from my bank. I have confidence that 86_zn6 will deliver.

This industry is not kind to the "little guy" or an independent operator.

I dont know but I just he just told me that I gave him a bad address and that is why I keep not getting my shipment.

Weird as I took the exact address in my confirmation email and had it verified via USPS, UPS, and paypal. Same address that was used for my billing information and it worked to charge my credit card. Same address that is on my paypal account. Same address shows up in google, bing, zillow, and the county tax records.

IDK but I feel like I am getting the run-around here. Never any tracking info or shipping confirmations even after he tells me he will send me one.

Now this.

All I know is that I'll continue sticking around since he HAS made efforts to communicate and not just go into hiding. Gotta put faith in humanity at some point in life, might as well be now.

I got my tails. They have a lil toms sticker on them, So did the box. Who knows if that is real. I do like the product though. Makes the car look a lil less boy-racer.

IMHO. I will never buy anything from 86_ZN6 again! Communication was poor (I didn't find out that the GB was cancled till one day I was wondering what ever happened with that GB). I also got the feeling I was being involved in a bait and switch. Considering I work in the automotive world (Marketing for a manufacture) I know what its like to run a small biz. But I also know the value of communication. I do not feel like he gave a crap about what happened to my money.

I would just like to say to the people who ordered tails and didn't get them and got refunds that the demand for TOMS tails was so big vendors were promised parts so they could fill orders and the supplies may or may not have been able to ship to the vendor. IE not his fault. I hope everyone got their refund or tails. 86 zn6 seems to be and honest vendor and I hope so because I plan on buying his wing that's do to appear soon

Sounds like knock offs. :/ We are an actual TOM's authorized dealer and we sell authentic TOM's...a 1 year warranty is received with TOM's purchased from us, and ours say TOM's on the lens.
