Don't use a Verus clutch fork. I just had mine pulled and an OEM fork put back in by a performance subi shop. The Verus forks are pretty, but the tolerances were not up to snuff. Gave a problem from day one, shop mentioned they've seen several Verus fork equipped cars with the same issue.

What issue did they see?

I just had the Verus clutch fork and pivot installed 2 days ago along with the Exedy OEM clutch kit. Still breaking it in/driving gently, but zero issues so far.

Never heard of any issues with the Verus fork before. Have you discussed with Verus directly about it?

Love how this is the 2nd post I've seen of jeepmor bashing the Versus fork where nobody has heard bad about it and they ask what was seen. And all he does is ignore them.
Double checked to make sure they didn't disappear for a few days.... Yeah no. They were here 6 hours ago.

My thought exactly, Verus does not make sub par parts! And if they did mess up on his I guarantee they would stand behind it and do what it takes to fix it.

I am currently testing the Gen 2 clutch in my 2013. First impressions are that it feels just like the clutch in the new car, and that is much grabbier than my 100k mile worn out clutch, as to be expected. I will update on whether I have any problems. I had it done by real pros and while they confirm the pressure plate and friction disc are indeed different parts numbers, they have no idea if it's any stronger. They did say it's a slightly different color.

I haven't had a chance to dig into it, obviously you have, what are the differences between Gen1 clutch and Gen 2?

5.0MG !!
I've had those in all my Japanese bikes since the 60's.
I guess they're really selling fitment on an industrial scale.
