Lots of questions! The article mentioned lowering the car, then raising it to find the handling worsened so you went back down. What's your current ride height? I purchased a set of Feals for my STX FR-S and would like a good starting point in terms of ride height. Would you mind sharing your alignment specs? Have you done any weight reduction besides the wheels and battery?

The funny thing is that it seems to be all about your personal driving style. The balance of the car can be altered with changing the ride height in the front or rear of the car. Basically my car measures roughly 5 inches from the pavement to the lowest part of the pinch welds where the jack points are.

As for weight reduction we did the Battery and removed all the loose items to put it into race trim. We are looking at more weight saving ideas and working with some other manufacturers only different product to lose some pounds.
