I believe this means they are still waiting for certification if you wanted the CARB kit.

Going to use the caned tune from delicious Tuning. We've been using their flex-fuel kit for the past year.

I'm having Performance in frame Tuning in Napa do the install. It will be my third car getting a supercharger installed by them.

Sweet! I'm curious for numbers and the curve with e85 as that's the setup I currently run. Hopefully the install and tune go smoothly. Keep us updated if you can please

I will have something this afternoon to hopefully address your curiosity =]

I don't have numbers from when I was on pump gas though, just NA, for comparison.

do you recommend waiting for E-Force releasing stage 2 or this kit could be use for 400bhp just by upgrading 70mm pulley and 900cc injector and DW300 fuel pump?

Given that we've seen 50C-60C IATs in 23C ambient on track, it would be safe to assume they will be higher if you run more boost..... that basically means the different between cruising and hammering it on the track will be higher and you'll lose a bit more power as it heats up to equilibrium temperatures.

The current state of the kit is...

Not California smog legal.

Once Edelbrock receives a CARB Exemption Order #, the kit will be considered smog legal. Until an actual EO # exists though, this setup will not pass California smog checks.

Edelbrock has stated that the kit is in review and they have not had any issues in the past, so this kit SHOULD pass as well. Take that with as much salt as you please.

its a state controlled program. So, whatever the "normal" time would be, for normal people to do paperwork, and then triple it+add a bunch of time just because.

From what I have heard, if carb wants the manufacture to adjust something in the tune. The manufacturer has to go back, make a change then wait for a new appointment.

Just think Zootopia, and the DMV department, hahahahaha, that's how long will take for the CARB approval.

Is there any update on if any strut bars fit? I really liked the feeling the tower strut brace gave the car before the Edelbrock was on.
Maybe have to go custom?
