I'm adding a 10psi spring this week so while im doing that I'll check the valve seat. I'm convinced its a boost leak but we tested with smoke and the only leak was out of the intake. My brother and I are going to take a look at this week. Hopefully he can see what me and my tuner are missing.

I’m new to building cars but after talking to my brother, it’s because I’m 10:1 compression. More boost should get me where I want to be power wise.

Realistically how much horsepower should I expect with stock frontpipe/catback with 7 or 10psi spring on gt2860rs kit (pump gas 93oct or e85)?

JDL No-Cut Intercooler
Anyone have a good review of the no-cut intercooler offered by JDL? I am looking for any opinions on performance, fitment, regrets, or installation problems.

From the questions I've asked Jesse before. You gain a little bit of lag and with more parts, there potentially can be more issues along the line. He and a few others highly recommend grabbing an aftermarket bash bar.

Yup, for the price it goes for it is a good move. We have one coming for our build, this will also make it easier to mount up the oil cooler.

Question for those who have installed the kit: I currently have a 2.5" overpipe but may upgrade to a 3" in the future. If I get the 3" downpipe outlet flange, would something like this or this be able to adapt it to the overpipe?
Also, is there any general hardware or nonstandard tools you would recommend having on-hand before installing the kit? |

I believe the flange size is the same for the 3” and 2.5”. The hole is just a different size. Shouldn’t have any problem bolting 2.5” to 3” or 3” to 2.5”

You can complete the install with basic hand tools and metric sockets but a set of crows foot socket adapters will come in handy when getting to all six manifold nuts |

Thanks - any spare hardware you'd recommend I have available? Nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, etc? |
