Increasing height of stock AT shifter?

Do you guys know of any shifter extender that increases the height of the OEM A/T shifter?

I want it a bit higher since im usually on manual mode, and prefer the shifter over the paddles.

I noticed Raceng has an extender with the AT's dimensions but for some reason, the M10x1.25mm does not list the frs in the list of compatible cars.

Thank you!

The product you linked is very expensive for what it is. Just a piece of bar stock with a threaded section and tapped hole.

If you are handy and had the right tools you could probably get a tap and die with the same thread pitch the auto shift know uses and make your own.

Or just buy one lol.

Thank you!

I googled "shift knob extender" a bunch of stuff came up. I am sure if you took the time to sift through the results, you could find something that would work at a fair price. ( I mean it is just a threaded metal rod - How much do you want to pay? )

you can manual shift with the knob?? mine doesn't have that feature, It doesn't go up or down on the lever, just to the left to engage the paddles.

Try it again, i know it feels like it doesnt shift up or down. I drove my friends 860 and i could shift from the knob just fine. It should have the "+/-" for shifting up and down.

Yes, I can put my car in Drive and then pull my shifter to the left to engage "manual mode". Then the shifter should push forward and back to change gears.

..you can also still use the paddles during normal D but after a few moments if you don't continue to use the paddles it goes back to being full auto.

Yep, like mentioned, get a piece of pipe and a tap & die and make it as long as you wish. -

This adapter might be useful for fitting taller shift knobs made for manual
