I agree with the posts above - drive it first and decide what you don't like about it, set some goals, work on changing those things. Unless you have unlimited monies.

The mods in general are a good progression, but plan your FI method now, since obviously the headers won't work with a turbo kit. Power gains NA are not impressive for the money spent so plan your power mods around your eventual choice in FI.

Yes. You could also tailor the ACE headers for certain types of SC and where you would want the power band shifted to.

@CSG Mike should be able to answer any question regarding the choice of header.

@Impureclient - not sure why the snarkiness in your earlier quote. I have seen it happen too many times on this forum where people don't plan for their long term goal.

I want to SC it eventually, went with that size hoping to sort of have the car "grow" into it's grip.

A car with too much grip for its power is boring. A car with too much power for the grip is fun. Also teaches you to drive better.

If you are dead set on changing stuff out of the gate, I'd start with the tune and exhaust. Yeah it's less flashy but you will enjoy driving it more while saving for the next thing. I would definitely be laughing at the car with 255s and a stock exhaust if I saw one, but not the car with the extra umph and sound on stock tires. You will also get more use out of the tires you've already paid for.

I run 265 tires and a stock exhaust. And a rather large wing.

I can't say since I'm only like 1.5-2k into these but I only got a little over 8k out of my MPSS. These still look like brand new so I know they'll go much longer than the 8k for sure.
