Looks like a really ghetto version of this.

Don't get confused about how I treat my grandDAUGHTERS with how I would treat a grand/step/adoptedSON .......

Of course you would be given a choice of which chore you would do first:

* pick up all the limbs and sticks from the yard and carry them down to the brush pile

* pull the large weeds over my 1/3 acre lot ..... spray the little ones

* trim back all the trees and bushes ...... I don't have grass ...... just bushes and trees

* rake up all the pine cones in the front yard

* sweep the pine needles and moss off the roof

* pressure wash the deck (about 600 sq.ft) and treat it with preservative

* wash and wax both cars

* after a brief break, then you can start hauling 30 years of accumulated "stuff" out of our 1,700 sq ft basement and place the stuff in a dumpster

OK, so, when can we expect you ??....... you can bunk in the basement ..... once you clear out a spot.

Okay the only thing I can think of is a KEF KUBE loudspeaker active equalizer (some weird shit I've seen on Canuck Audio Mart).

I seem to recall a thread recommending walks in the woods with an older gentleman some time back...

Late November. See you in a few months! Also, lucky for you, I have about 40 pounds I need to work off, those chores sound like a blessing.

I gotta confess I'm a little stumped, too... MOSFET (I think) on an externally mounted heat sink, which USUALLY acts as some form of amplification circuit... what looks like a DC transformer, which could be used as either an inductor in a crossover, or to change line voltage... was it some method of adapting speakers intended for 70v distributions systems to car audio?!?

Either way, whoever did the installation in that pic should be imprisoned for crimes against ... installations, I guess...

How long did this reverb fad last? AM radio had enough challenges on its own.

Think it was well over by the 70s but my uncle gave me the one I had for my 55 Chev. It was probably 20 years old when he gave it to me so it would have been about the same vintage as the car.
Could make anything sound like Crimson and Clover!
