I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to turbo setups as most of the vehicles I've had an opportunity to poke around under the hood with have either been NA or supercharged. Does the tube coming off the waste gate connect back in with the rest of the exhaust after the turbo or just dump the gas into the atmosphere?

You can do both. I prefer to vent to atm though, as it sounds like a Demon! People want to move out of the way when you here open gates coming toward you. But some prefer the quietness and want the sound of the turbo more pronounced, so they plumb it back into the exhaust. The downside to plumbing back in though is that you potentially lose HP. In some cases I've read up to 40hp re-routing back into the exhaust stream. That's a worst case scenario though, you might only lose a few hp.

Oh for sure. I'm going to sneak away tonight while the fam's asleep...lol. See if I can't get the Intercooler pipes on.

Last night I managed to get all the stock stuff removed (including exhaust), manifold and turbo mounted, radiator and a/c condenser slim fans installed.

Tonight I'll try and

-get fans wired
-fmic + pipes mounted
-Downpipe mounted

Good bit of work to do. I have to extend my front O2 sensor, so that has to be wired up and crimped to reach the Downpipe.
