Loved reading the thread begining to end. Looks like I need to volunteer for another deployment so I can save up the money fast for this stage 2 kit, the suspension wheels and other supporting mods I plan to add to my BRZ. Ordering in June and this just makes me even more excited. Excellent work!

Damn packed schedule!!

BIG Win today!! Swapped actuators for the 5 psi one and FINALLY have a working Wastegate!! Turned up the boost in the MBC, so now boosting around 8 psi. Sent some logs, now waiting for refined tune.

Clutch will be in on Saturday.

So with the new actuator and MBC, I'm looking at 7.5+ up to 9. I'm happy living with that for now. Took some logs last night, hopefully will get an updated tune soon!

So, now that I have a working WG, I am down to only two issues.

#1, I have an exhaust leak and I'm thinking it is the connection between the 2.5 to 3" pipe. I will talk with Nameless to see if I need a special gasket for this connection.

#2, My overpipe is hitting the frame. (See below pics). Next step is to disconnect the turbo discharge pipe and try and move it higher which will result in the overpipe connecting higher to it and probably clearing the frame completely. It is not hitting it all the time, but in high vibration situations, it hits. As a last resort, I may go and get that Turbo discharge pipe made from 3" pipe and routed to avoid the overpipe issue.

Remember this are the trial and errors you go through when DIY the install. If this was done by a shop, it would have been fixed already because of the tools and time they have in their hands. I have to squeeze time between 12 hours of work, wife and kid.

If I had Nameless close, I'd take time off work and get them to fix it in their shop. You paid good money for it.
