anyone have any issues with their works bell short hub adapter not centering their aftermarket steering wheel? I've tried moving it over a spline but it either tilts to the left or the right.. never straight...

The abs and VSC only comes on if the clockspring is not centered properly correct? It wont come on if resistors arent attached?

abs and vsc comes up when nannies think that slip wheel is slipping (usually from slip sensors & their value differences between them & steering angle (which might come from clockspring misposition)). Slipping detect or misdetect may come for various reasons. Not just due clockspring miscentering of course, but also from, lol, real slipping, due some mis-alignment of suspension of noticeable extent (eg. after crash damage ), due some steering modifications for much wider max steering angle for drifting, to name some. As for resistors for aftermarket wheels .. aren't those more to fool airbag sensor then for wheel position?

Sounds like a damaged wheel speed sensor. Do any drifting lately?

Oh. And yes, damaged sensor after some work on wheels/hubs/suspension, as mentioned above, and also different diameters of front & rear tires, may also trigger misdetects.

Thanks guys for the replies. No drifting for me lately just track days. Im trying to see if i can install a nrg hub/quick release and sparco wheel without resistor since i dont know where they went. As long as the abs and vsc dont stay on without resistors then im fine. Airbag light is already on from installing the bride seat.
