If it's Scion, it's the opposite. They try too hard to make the car "cool" and "hip"

Chrome out?

I take Subaru and make kool by my own "kool" definition.

"too early" and "drinking" should not be in the same sentence unless preceded by "never" and interjected by "to be"/

IIRC Toyota and most Japanese manufacturers announce all their cars in the spring for the following year usually, right?

The best way to that would be to take the Japanese/European car and make it legal for the US .

I can't wait to find out that the US version is going to have pop up 90's headlights because the Japan spec lights are too low. Just like my beloved 240sx.

Pop ups will never return. They were a compromise to get around DOT spec headlights. That spec no longer binds, so now designers are free to have crazy, expressive, aerodynamic shapes.

The Honda Fit's crack me up. The headlights are literally bigger than the motor.

Somewhere in Spring to Fall 2012 is when I plan to purchase my next car regardless, so Toyota better have its act together by then. If not I'll be forced to buy another Hyundai.

I wonder what the Insurance will be on these things. When you do own them, and I wonder when it will show up here on our shores. And I usually wait for an MMC to purchase a car. But! I did buy 1st models before. If I am I buy a car I'm thinking 2013 ish.

Expect to be pretty high. Coupe, RWD, & brand new... don't remember those cars were cheap to insure.

It will go down when you git 25 (just lil bit)
but I don't think it's gonna go up a lot cuz you already have Si. But of course, I don't have too much knowledge in that area, so you wanna ask someone else for more detail for sure.

the 2012 genesis coupe is going to be a serious competitor for the FT, once it gets the sonata turbo engine! so don't feel bad for hyundai.
