saw two yesterday.
red fr-s pulling out of the P&R on 8th AVE SE in Bellevue, thought he saw me so I waved, but guess not. ~5:30pm
white fr-s going down Bellevue Way. I was in Red Robin taking advantage of AC.. ~7:30pm

Just about 10 minutes ago I exchanged waves with an Ultramarine FRS with what looked like Rally Armor flaps on 167 South in Auburn.

You had just hopped on from the 15th st on ramp and headed West on 18 towards Federal Way.
