Any news about Cosworth Stage-3 ??

Last time I checked I remember being told it'll be ready by Q1 2017 !!!
It is way passed that deadline.

Im waiting swell for any news about this.

Last mail from Cosworth was in April-15 and said...

"Yes we are developing internals, so forged pistons, rods etc, and this will be part of stage 3".

The last I heard from Matt, is they have the rods and pistons finished, it's all down to the bean counters on price and distribution. As for what "stage 3" is really going to be, I don't know. If you think it's going to be a complete package, I wouldn't count on it.

Complete package or not, the wait is killing me . Damn those bean counters.

I would assume the dealers. Cosworth will probably just supply the internals kit (and whatever else they are including..... throttle body etc) with instructions.

I actually rang Fensport about this a couple of weeks ago. All they could tell me is that the cosworth internals were still running strong in their car, and they knew as much as we do regarding a release date.

Open it?! Don't you know there are 2 people who would do internals: those who feel confident and have the knowledge and tools to do it themselves; and those who are rich and can pay someone.

.... I don't fall under either. which is why Cosworth can take their time because I'll need to save for probably another year...

It would be interesting if Cosworth could release a complete car. Something similar of what they did with the Cosworth STI CS400.

I looked on here but it just made me worry. So I'll look and then do a data log and see if Matt can look at it for me.

Check direct injector ecu is still bolted in place and not touching one of the port injectors.

All is quite firmly placed in terms of the injectors (both port and direct).
