Goodyear 1-1/2 Ton Aluminum Racing Jack
I am wondering if this is a good jack to jack up our BRZ?
http://www.pepboys.com/product/detai...ls/?quantity=1 It is 129 on Pepboys website, but there is a 20% coupon PEPFRIDAY. So in the end it is about 100 dollars. Key word: Low profile 3-1/2" Is it good enough? Thanks a lot. In a hurry. Also price wise, is it a deal at all? |

I have the same one I think. It's not Goodyear branded but it looks identical. It's light and works well.

I bought this jack and have been very happy with it. Super low profile also.

I have a 1.5 ton that I got from Harbor Freight. It looks just like the one in the OP except for the decals. I have had it over a year and it fits under my lowered MR-S. Works great. I paid 59.99 for it. Money well spent. Go to Harbor Freight and by two for the price of the one at PepBoys.

A lot of these ones work really well - depends on how much your car is lowered.
The only one (as far as I know) that will pretty much lift anything - unless you're maxed out on bags - is the Michelin 2-ton low profile/high-life service jack.
