It's been a while, but I'd like to return to post some of my install photos from the catch can. Thanks @Dezoris for the guide. Worked a charm.

Product Shot

Dipstick to check your levels

20121106-RadiumCatchCan-02 by VictorN07, on Flickr

The atomic cutout was a nice touch

20121106-RadiumCatchCan-03 by VictorN07, on Flickr

The smaller barb as listed in the guide. 0.425". Well made and has the o-ring to seal. Inlet from the PCV valve.

20121106-RadiumCatchCan-06 by VictorN07, on Flickr

The larger barb as listed in the guide. 0.5". Outlet to the intake manifold

20121106-RadiumCatchCan-07 by VictorN07, on Flickr

This is where I differed from the guide. Saw D3PE's design for the mount of the catch can and decided to borrow that. I would make a L bracket that wedges underneath the battery. This picture is the battery removed. Discovered it sat on the tray

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-08 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Here is the plastic tray the battery sits on

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-09 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Bummer. The tray has nipples that slot into the holes shown a few pictures above. Keeps the battery from sliding about. Time to bust out the cutter

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-10 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Here is the bracket I fabbed. Bent a 6x18" piece of steel 90 degrees and painted it with rustoleum to prevent rust. I wanted aluminium but derped at the store. Drilled out holes for the battery tray and catch can. I did leave room in case I wanted to go dual catch can

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-11 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Lined the bottom with pipe insulation tape to prevent scratching of the painted surface this will sit in

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-12 by VictorN07, on Flickr

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-13 by VictorN07, on Flickr

My dad found some hardware to mount the can to the bracket. Good times with the old man.

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-14 by VictorN07, on Flickr

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-15 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Everything ready to go. Used 3 of the stainless filters as suggested in the guide

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-16 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Rather than use PCV hose, I used more sturdy transmission hose. Rated for 250 psi vs 50 psi of PCV hose. Just peace of mind for me.

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-17 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Good shot of the smaller 11/32" transmission hose hooked up to the PCV valve on the rear of the engine. Used a hose clamp for security.

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-18 by VictorN07, on Flickr

The larger 1/2" Transmission hose goes on the intake manifold. They only had red so I rolled with that.

20121110-RadiumCatchCan-19 by VictorN07, on Flickr

Shot of the can installed under the battery.

Finished

@Dezoris, with respect I am concerned for your engine. I've had my can on for about 2500 miles and have caught less than a teaspoon of oil (I have 7000 mi as of this writing). I'm happy we are both catching oil, however you seem to have an alarming amount.

May I ask what kind of driving conditions you put your car through?

Very very hard driving. How many screens did you install?

Great pictures and mounting solution, looks very well done and also super easy to empty. How do you like the quality?

I put in 3 screens as you suggested. I guess I don't drive it as hard as you. 95% of the time I keep it under 4.5k RPM.

Thanks! I can't really fit both hands in there to unscrew, but there is plenty of room to get one in there to unscrew. Just have to go slow so I don't drop it on the exhaust.

As for quality, I understand why the Lotus people like Radium so much. This bit is good kit.

I had a track day on it as well, and did not empty after.
Keep the post updated when you empty the can after a longer period.

Radium is hard core, I wish that RLS (Really Light Stuff) had parts for the FRS/BRZ their Lotus parts are off the charts.

Thank you guys so much for bringing this kit to my attention, I'm going with the dual can setup since my turbo arrives next week and after seeing the amount of oil this thing actually catches, I have a feeling that it will be worth it's weight in gold.

Before asking further questions please review the following technical article by Toyota on the purpose of PCV systems:

Gotcha.

The 90 degree 2pc, is that the 3/8" one Radium sells as an option for their can or one you had laying around?

Awesome right up, thanks.

You should replace pressure with vacuum.
