Go look at the dyno page to find your motor setup you will see how easy it is to make 450 to 500

Yes, 5858 is a great deal and I'm a garrett fan boy that likes to pay tomuch.
The pte5858 with BB upgrade is a direct competitor to the gtx3076r. Both have similar hp, 4inch intake, 2.5 exhaust.

I already have the nitrous on my car now it's just not enough to get me where I want. I already have it so I might as well use it. I'm fibbing up my own kit and will be cheaper than all the turbo kits built by the performance companies. But I am copying some of there ideas for my kit.

You seriously dont need nitrous, get yourself a 5858 bb and good tune, you should be building 5 - 6 psi on ecutek launch control which is more than enough to get going.

In the drag racing world, lag means nothing to us and power/mph means everything lol.

My philosophy has always been run the smallest turbo that will do the job. Sure spool isn't the biggest concern with drag but you still want a fat mid range, going to big may give you the peak number you want but your mid range will suffer.
Far to often guys build there car for some "down the road" scenario that never comes together. I have been developing my car on a turbo that most said was to small, gets no bar stool attention. However anyone who has been involved has just been blown away at what has come out of it.

This argument over the 5858 vs 6262 seems to be the same as the gtx3076r vs gtx3576r fight.

Hell if you want room to grow a 6062 shouldnt be much laggier than a 5858. But unless you want to go stupid like Justin & I a 5858 is more than enough turbo
