Ya. If mine hadn't come with the Scion spoiler then some sort of a trunk lip would have been my first change. It isn't much but it adds enough length and upsweep to the rear to make the lines flow a bit better.

And I agree with @Tcoat , however I think the Jaguar looks like an upgraded, grown-up version of the FRS. As it should.
Told this before but the short version is:
Parked 4 cars down from a white Jag (from a dealer) at a drive in movie/car show.
One woman walked back and forth between my car and the Jag about 5 times.
She finally stops at my car and yells out to her husband "Ya I definitely prefer it in the orange".
I laughed so hard that I had tears.
People are silly.

I feel the opposite is true with black. If the paint is clean and properly cared for then the reflections that you cannot get with any other color are what truly let the body lines shine. I feel like either gray silver or white hide the lines the most.

You do have to wash it and polish it every 10 seconds though That is the downfall of black paint. But I've always thought that when properly cared for nothing can beat the shine that a black care gives off.

I chose DGM (BRZ) to be a bit less conspicuous on the road, but for certain one of the downsides of that modest stealth is the gray color reflects even less of the near perfect body design.

My one design issue is with the bits and pieces of mostly black body trim e.g. fender garnish, front bumper louvres, rear wing, etc. It helps to know some of these are functional (e.g. better aerodynamics) however the otherwise spectacular design would (IMO) be even more aesthetically pleasing w/o them.

The design of the 86 was actually mildly based on the Lexus LFA, you know, the $400,000 supercar that even beats the GT-R? Hell, DAMD made a bodykit so you can look EXACTLY like the LFA with the 86 but honestly they already resemble each other quite a bit.

Here's a comparison of the LFA body kit on the 86 vs. a real LFA.

I love the Stealth and discreet color of the Asphalt Grey on my FRS. Though the Red and Lava are terrific colors.

I'm with you on that. I got the asphalt gray and I still find it's hard to see some of the best lines. Still, silver or white don't really do it for me either. I've come to the conclusion these cars look best in actual colors: ablaze red, oceanix blue, hot lava, and whatever the Subaru versions are called.

the only thing that resembles the 86 is how the side windows pinch towards the rear of the car, but other than that no body lines or proportions even come close..
