Removing gauge cluster surround

Anyone have experience removing the surround / hood for the gauge cluster? I'm having an upholsterer wrap mine in leather. Before I start pulling stuff apart, I was hoping someone may have done a write up I can't seem to find with

That's the downside of being one of the first with the car; Whatever it is you are doing to your car, you're probably the first person to ever do it. I was one of the first to pull out the rear deck (twice) so the second time I made sure to take pics and write up a how-to. Pretty much anything we do with our cars for the first couple months will be ground-breaking... it's a pain having to play the guessing game sometimes but it also means we get to be the guys that others learn from. And I think that's pretty cool.

I'm on my phone so can't search that well, but the DIY for blocking the tpms light covers the removal.

Oh jeez...I didn't realize it was literally one screw. Sorry I asked.

Thanks for the heads up.

Any idea how to separate the leather 'flap' so the cluster surrounding part can be completely removed for carbon wrapping?
My brother will wrap it for me but i cant seem to get it out completely.
