Aftermarket wheels for Performance Pack
I have a 2017 limited w/ PP and I'm making my "wants" list and wheels are on that list. The PP wheels that come with the car are 7.5 x 17 offset +48 and they barely clear the Bembos. I'd like to go with 8x17s but the offset has me a bit confused. What offset should I be shooting for?

Quick and easy would be to look up fitment for a 2004 STi. Same bolt pattern and brake sizes. With a 17x8 a large range of offsets will fit.

Offset refers to the position of the hub relative to the width of the wheel. 0 offset means that the hub is exactly in the middle of the wheel, so there is equal width on either side of it.
+48 is about as high an offset as our cars can fit, and honestly idk what Subaru/Toyota was thinking putting them on our cars. The ideal offset varies with the size of the wheel you choose, so for 17x8 the best choice would be +36 to +38. Edit: Here's the link for the offset chart. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...40&postcount=2 |

Offset is not what clears brakes. The design of the back face of the wheel determines what clears brakes. I would imagine what you are going to run into, is very similar to fitting wheels to a 240sx with Z brakes, or 300zx wheel fitment.

Thanks for everybodies input. I might call Subispeed and see if they have any info on the PP wheels and if the Enkie RPF1's will fit the Brembo brake set up.

Call Counter Space Garage, they have way more information on which wheels will fit, Mike is extremely helpful and will even set you up with discounts for ordering through them.

Slight deviation of topic, but does anyone know if either of the HRE flow form wheels would fit the PP? Specifically thinking about the FF15.

My question is, will the 17x7 STI wheels fit over the performance pack brakes?
