Ya. Some of the other methods of determining risk were shady but made some sort of sense but damn this takes the cake. I have to wonder just how much data manipulation it took to create that graph.

When did you get a new cat and why are there no pictures in the pet section? Still remember sitting in my office bawling like a baby when I read about your other cat!
Yeah, I've been very preoccupied this year. I got her late spring. She's is so skittish from her previous home and the shelter I visited told me they were gonna put her down soon and I know they were not bluffing since their record shows they very well do that. She was with this family for all 7 to 8 years. She was declawed around 5 years old, chipped around 6 or 7, and her original owners were doing a lot of renovating and decided to get rid of her. I believe someothing else happened because she could be very distant and wicked skittish. In the beginning she was friendly but got very scared and defensive until I worked with her to break her wall down, as I'm now becoming her favorite. Each day she gets more friendly and confident living in her new home.
I just want to make it clear though, she is no replacement from my old cat but for an older cat that needed a home and could be euthanized, I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing I didn't give her a chance at a new home.
Thanks for asking.

Oooopps

I had plenty of people tell me that. I would then reply with "wanna pay the 8% interest rate I had for me?"

<3%, I would have kept it and continue to use it as a credit builder. But oh well, how many people my age can say they own a brand new sports car after <1 year of signing on the dotted line?

(yeah yeah, its a cheap econobox car, but still...)

Paying interest doesn't build your score. Paying off loans and having open lines of credit builds your score. Having low debt vs credit available raises your score. Go get several credit cards with zero fees. Barely use them. Watch your score rise. The only balances I've ever carried are on cars and houses, and not long on the former. Paying interest is a sucker's game.
