You should email ecutek directly have him on the email. Also attach your receipt from when you bought the license. If they are CCed he will jump on it Im sure.

I don't know how people went with his tunes in the first place. The dude was a total douchebag from the start. I wouldn't want him touching my car with anything. He thought he was the god of tuning this car early on. Now he's on everyone's shitlist. While I sympathize for the ones not getting any response or updates to their tunes, I do enjoy watching him fail.

He brought it upon himself with his Godlike attitude about his tuning capabilities and poor treatment of customers.

I hate Zendesk but that's funny to hear that's the program of choice for him. Hell I would use Spiceworks before Zendesk.

Hate to see people having problems but as other has said he did it to himself, I wanted nothing to do with him. Toni however is a good guy.

Probably won't run too high PSI for DD when I'm ready. Then again, I may become addicted to boost so we'll see when that time comes.

10 psi on 93 octane is where I want to be.
