I am bias RWD/AWD. I just don't get FWD. This is clearly a personal problem of mine. lol. For what I would consider to be a sports car, FWD just seems awkward.

I've had 3 FWD cars and 15 RWD cars... I bet you can tell which layout I prefer
Is anyone seriously considering buying that Dodge POS? Haven't any of you ever driven a Caliber or a Neon before? Absolute, total, complete and utter RUBBISH. They couldn't PAY ME to drive one!

Pricing has been released.. get a lot for your money. I know it's not a RWD, or AWD. But sometimes FWD can impress (Focus RS). Could get interesting.

Dude you've had smarter posts than that. This car was developed with the help of the Italians. It's chassis engineering was extensively derived from the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Now that doesn't say anything about it's reliability but comparing this to a Neon or Caliber is a bit rash. It will certainly be the best driving small Chrysler we've seen in a long time.

You're right, after looking at the pictures I can tell Dodge had very little to do with the development of the car, and that's a very good thing!! Well, I retract my previous statement, mostly. I still won't touch FWD.

I saw the Dart at the Atlanta International Car Show, it looked like a quality build from what you could tell at a 5 foot distance (it was on a spinning pedestal thingy guarded by booth babes).

Haven't had to, yet! Last rental I was in was an Audi A8 L *sticks nose wayyyyy in the air*. Semantics aside, I won't willingly purchase a FWD car ever again. I've recently driven a Mini Cooper S, Cooper S Clubman, Volvo C30, and Audi A3, and I can't see myself in any of them. If the BRZ doesn't arrive before winter I might lease an A3 TDI through my work for a year, just to save $$ until next year. But that will be a long year of FWD lameness.
