Throw some red paint in the negative space and that'd be just right me thinks.

Can we get rid of the piano black in the negative space? Flat black would be nice instead. Or red like has been said above.

Here's my description of my desired emblem and the one I requested a quote for from a different emblem company:

My request/suggestion for a new Scion FR-S steering wheel emblem:

- Toyota "T" logo (it fits much better and easier inside the oval space and looks much more oem).
- Preferably just like the emblem posted below and as close to oem look as possible (chrome emblem, black background, cleared smooth over)
- As flush as possible with the least amount of bulge and minimum bulge (if it means for the users to remove the existing Scion badge and/or shaving/sanding down the leftover plastic humps ..I am sure many will not mind doing so).
- Either the 3D Toyota emblem (in flat black), or a 2D emblem (chrome with a smoothed cleared over like the prius below) works. But, if keeping it "flush" is in mind and important, then I think a 2D "T" emblem like on the '01-'03 Prius airbag would work better (link provided below). Imo, I think the 2D emblem fits the FRS's design more as a sporty coupe, rather than a chrome 3D emblem which is more found on luxury sedans/cars.

Here are some examples of the '01-'03 Prius airbag emblems I mentioned:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/01-02-03-Toy...5340d3&vxp=mtr
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-Toyota-...fd7e09&vxp=mtr
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-2002-20...7bace3&vxp=mtr

I think that type of emblem would work perfectly and would fit the FR-S much better than the Toyota 3D type chrome emblems.
