It is possible to use tape only, you just need to removed the bolts that are fixed to the spoiler. The tape already there is definitely sufficient without bolting. I would do it that way next time! |

. . . . like a sunrise ! Yeah, bolting is great except that you gotta drill 2 holes. The 3M tape should do the trick provided area is well cleaned with wax/grease remover, allows one to remove later if desired. Easier to steal too, but no-one would ever know. Thanks buddy !

Davey90 just baught TRD sound changer!
Hey guys, i'm very interested in this part, bought it to try it out!
err.... info.... I can't read Jap, but there is a graph... if someone could translate would be awesome... i'm assuming different colour pipes represents different colour curves on the graph? Last edited by davey90; 11-14-2012 at 12:12 AM. |

As there's no black one I assume that the black line is stock. Seems if people want to remove the sound pipe then the blue might be an easier than the DIY stuff.

Yeah, as stated, blue is blocked, green is louder than stock, red is loudest.
I went into a TRD factory parts place today, they didn't have this part They only had brake pads for other models, air filters for other models, and 86 gearknobs and dress up. They said 5 days to order sound changer!! |
