There have been a few times were I don't get a shipping notification but then a couple days later whatever I got arrives. This happened when I got my Cosworth kit. No heads up, it was just there one day. I kinda liked the surprise! haha

haha nice! thats good to know, i wouldn't mind the element of surprise most times, but in this case i need to make an appointment to have my part installed. im having the infamous throwout bearing issue. thanks for input!

I have noticed this with their "ship from factory" parts. Whenever I order a Raceseng part it is shipped from Raceseng, therefore FT86Speedfactory has no shipping information to give.

Just happened to me
Order a few parts last Saturday and they showed up today. No Shipping email, or confirmation email at all.

Any questions shoot us an email. sales@ft86speedfactory.com . Maddy, Casey, or Yo will get back with you quickly. Sometimes the tracking emails hit spam folders and those guys can quickly get you a status update.

We're here Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST.

I just ordered a couple of small things online from them, took all of almost 2 hours for shipment to go out and shipping email to be received.

Great service every time I have ordered from them

I placed a mid-size order wtih FT86 Speed Factory and it arrived super fast. I had to ask a friend to stop by and bring it all inside since I was out of town and didn't expect it anytime soon. We're talking like 2nd day after I ordered.

Everything was over-packed; which I appreciate.

I have another order in and haven't received shipping notification though; so I'm not sure what is going on there...

Overall good experience and their site is easier to navigate than their competitors (except DSG).

Just shoot us an email. sales@ft86speedfactory.com and someone can get it to you. Like mentioned above they sometimes hit spam. We're open M-F 8am-5pm so if you shoot an email someone will get back to you on Monday with tracking.

The account should always show proper status. I don't know why something ordered on the 9th wouldn't have shipped by now. I've had to call the alignment guy and cancel since I don't know what is going on.

I purchased a catback exhaust from them a year ago and one of the tips developed a rattle. Because I had heard that they have good customer relations and that they probably had better contact with the manufacturer, I decided to ask ft86SF about the problem. They were an exceptional intermediary and didn't drop the issue until it came to resolution. That kind of service deserves recognition, considering they could have simply told me to handle it myself by contacting the manufacturer. Thanks again for the help guys!

Another good review for FT86. Almost all of the parts I have purchased for my car have come through them and It has been this easy every time!

Order placed last night around 8 PM. Get my shipping notification this morning. Good to go!

My only complaint is that they aren't getting the Valenti Revos otherwise I would be buying them from FT86SpeedFactory as well
